As a food and restaurant photographer in Normandy I’ve had the privilege to capture portraits of Michelin starred chefs for magazine covers, spent time capturing busy kitchens and stunningly beautiful dishes. It’s always fascinating to see who beautiful and delicious dishes are created and how a professional kitchen works seamlessly as a team to produce them.
